Physical Books

All book sales are final. Because these are made-to-order/limited stock items, I'm not able to accept returns for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at kittiwriter1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and I'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (reading logs, guides, and printables) are final sale. Because these are delivered instantly and can be used immediately, no refunds are offered once a download link has been sent.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact me at kittiwriter1@gmail.com and I'll help resolve it.
